    The Commercial Referral Network (CRN) is a system created by Tony Wood who is a Sr. Vice President with TRI Commercial Real Estate.  The CRN system allows residential real estate brokers, agents, mortgage companies and others with commercial real estate leads to refer their lead or prospect to a qualified commercial real estate broker and receive a referral fee upon the close of the referred transaction.  As you will find, using this system is quick and easy.

 

     The procedure for placing a lead with CRN is as follows:  Complete the “Referring Agent Agreement Form” and fax it to our office and that begins the process of placing your lead with a qualified commercial broker who specializes in the type of transaction you referred.  The commercial broker signs a form prior to receiving the lead, agreeing to follow up with your client within 48 hours and to pay a referral fee of up to 20% of the gross commission at the close of the transaction.

 

     We will contact you once a month to inform you of your lead’s progress.  When the deal closes, you receive your referral fee commission check.  It’s that easy!
